Last week I introduced you to the idea of rotational capacity and its effect on power generation and distance. Today I’d like to focus on the muscles that help you get the hips and lower back into the right position.
Kneeling hip flexor and torso stretch
This exercise lengthens the hip flexor muscle, allowing it to do a better job of stabilising and moving the hip complex. The added lean also helps stretch out the sides of your torso.
We’d like to see how much distance we can add to your game by helping you improve your flexibility using a set of exercises over a one-month period and assessing your swing before and after. If you’re interested, contact us.
